In planningTriboltingen – Hauptstrasse
At the entrance to Triboltingen, two apartment buildings with a total of 22 homes are planned on plots 3153 and 3154. The ensemble is carefully integrated into the existing village structure. Its elevated position gives every apartment views of Lake Constance and the Rhine, while generous windows and private outdoor spaces create bright interiors with a close connection to nature. A ground-source heating system and roof-integrated photovoltaic panels combine contemporary comfort with a sustainable energy concept. Brown clay tiles, cream-coloured façades, copper and earth-grey spruce elements reflect the warm, natural tones of the village setting.
